Pumpkin White Chocolate Chip Pecan Muffins (review)

i made these muffins this morning and they were a big

hit. this recipe makes quite a bit....i got 24 mini

muffins, 6 mini bundt shaped muffins, and 2 mini

loaves of bread. i left out the pecans because my son

doesn't like them, but added pumpkin seeds to the mini

bread loaves. delicious! thanks for sharing this

recipe, judy!

OH I'm so glad you tried them and enjoyed them. I bet the Pumpkin seeds were

great in them. Sunflower seed would be too or walnuts. Yes they do make a

lot, but then you have some you can freeze or share with co-workers/ neigbors,

etc if you like. I love sending baked goodies with my husband to share with

his co-workers. They just love it when we send homemade goodies... Thanks for

the review.
