Sunflower seed would be too or walnuts. Yes they do make a lot, but then you have some you can freeze or share with co-workers/ neigbors, etc if you like. I love sending baked goodies with my husband to share with his co-workers. They just love it when we send homemade goodies... Thanks for the review.
