Happy Friday to all!

 

 

Just getting around and packing the kids off to school

and then myself off to work, but it is Friday and I am

happy. I found out yesterday that at work today they

will be having an employee appreciation BBQ, and that

they will serve veggie burgers for the vegetarians, so

I thought that was nice. I asked one of the folks that

will be cooking what brand and they said Boca.

Cool huh? I'll just have to watch to make sure they

don't toss my patty on the same grill with the meat! eek! *lol*

I doubt they will, but you never know! So many non-veg folks

don't even think of stuff like that, as we all know.

Anyway, off to share a few recipes with you before

They cooked them separate and kept the veg

burgers in a separate warmer tray too. Phew!

I was able to eat one. I did pack a bit of a lunch

just in case.
