Guest guest
This is a simple side dish that serves a large group. I like to make it to eat with homemade veggie patties one night and then eat the leftovers as a cold salad for lunch, tossing in some yummy fresh veggies. Garlic Parsley Spaghetti 1 package (16oz) thin or angel hair spaghetti 6 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley 1 tsp dried basil, or 1 Tbs minced fresh Salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste Cook spaghetti according to package direction. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, lightly brown garlic in oil over medium heat. Drain spaghetti; add to the skillet. Sprinkle with parsley, basil, salt and pepper; toss to coat. Yield: 8 to 10 servings ~ PT ~ Let no man imagine that he has no influence. Whoever he may be, and wherever he may be placed, the man who thinks becomes a light and a power. ~ Henry George
