Yummmmm. Made this to go with dinner tonight...... So good.

Marinated Cucumbers

 

 

2 T. Sugar

4 T. Red Wine or Rice Vinegar

2 T. Olive Oil

2 T. Sesame Oil

1 T. Braggs Liquid Amino's or Soy Sauce

 

Mix together well and let sit until the sugar dissolves.

 

2 Green Onion chopped (tops and the white part)

 

1 English Cucumber, slice thin. leave the skin on.

 

Add the Green Onions and Cucumber slices to the Marinade mixture above and

let it set for at least 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
