Guest guest Posted September 4, 2006 Report Share Posted September 4, 2006 Cranberry Stuffing 1-3/4 cups vegetarian chicken broth* Dash ground black pepper 2 TB butter or stick margarine 1 celery rib, coarsely chopped 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries 1 small onion, coarsely chopped 4 cups Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix all ingredients, in a casserole dish. Cover and microwave on high heat for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add stuffing. Mix lightly. Makes 4 cups.
