I just have to tell you though, this is the best ranch dressing ever, and it is vegan! If you are fence-sitting about whether to buy The Native Foods cookbook, mix this up and that will help you decide. Every recipe from Ms. Petrovna's cookbook that I have tried so far has been a winner. I put the book info at the bottom of this post. The instructions in the brackets are the changes I make when mixing this up; I like more garlic. Enjoy! Black Creek Ranch Dressing 1 1/4 cup vegan mayo [my opinion is it must be Vegennaise by Follow Your Heart] 1/4 tsp. garlic powder [ i like to add up to 1/2 tsp. garlic powder] 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. sea salt 1/2 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper 2 tsp. finely chopped parsley 3/4 cup plain soy milk Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
