Homemade Marshmallow Creme

 

3 egg whites

2 cups Karo light corn syrup

1/2 tsp. salt

2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar

1 TB vanilla extract

 

In large mixer bowl, Beat egg whites, syrup and salt. Beat for 10 minutes

until thick.

 

Add confectioners' sugar at low speed. Then add vanilla extract and beat

until blended.

 

Makes: 2 quarts.

Has anyone made this? Can it be used in a fudge recipe instead of

marshmallow creme? How long will it last in the fridge? Can you tell

that I'm interested :0) ?
