Guest guest Posted September 3, 2006 Report Share Posted September 3, 2006 TEXAS PIE 2 cans cherry pie filling 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained 1 box yellow cake mix 1/2 c. chopped pecans 2 sticks margarine 1/2 c. coconut Place pie filling in 9x13 pyrex. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over filling. Sprinkle coconut and pecans over cake mix. Pour melted margarine over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Takes only 1 pan.
