Guest guest
How about these snack ideas? apples, carrots, or celery with peanut butter or any nut butter for dipping (if you can chill, then ranch dip or your favorite dipping dressing or hummus) peanut butter or nut butter on a whole grain bread Odwalla bar (these are similar to Cliff bars and very yummy, at least the Spirulena and Super protein)..I like the Cliff carrot cake bar (99 cents to $1.49 per bar) Walnuts, peanuts (and any other nuts) or soynuts for snacking Nut breads with cream cheese spread Grapes or any other fruit, such as orange segments or pears) Trail mix Juices (not the boxed kind which is loaded with sugar), V-8 juice (get one of those freeze stick containers and your juice or drink will stay colder longer) These are just a few snack ideas that come to mind. I am sure you will get other suggestions, which I hope you will pass along.
