Smoked paprika is sold at Penzey's or I just saw the markets carry it in the spice isle McCormick's it's their new gourmet collection 1-800-632-5847 www.mccormick.com Trippy Rice 1 cup bastmati or jasmine rice 2 cups broth 1 1/2 tbls. olive oil 1/2 sm onion chopped hemp nut seeds toasted brown or black sesame seeds smoked paprika (optional) Saute onion in oil until semi tender, add rice and saute a few minutes on a low flame. Add broth, bring to a boil and cover, turn flame on low simmer and cook 15 minutes. Serve rice individually with a heaping teaspoon of hemp nut seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of toasted sesame seeds and sprinkle smoked paprika across the top of each serving. *** The hemp see is safe and you won't get high!
