Cream Cheese Sauce for Veggies

 

1/2 cup milk

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated or shredded

1/2 TB onion salt

 

Warm milk in sauce pan. Add cubed cream cheese. Let melt. Stir often.

 

Add Parmesan cheese and onion salt. Delicious on asparagus, broccoli or

cauliflower.

 

Makes 1-1/2 cups sauce.
