Guest guest
Well this is a story about natural genisoy vegan soy protein and vitamin powder. I had come to depend upon it the unsweetened variety ...I could use the unsweetened kind as an egg replacer in duncan hines chewy brownie mix to make a desert for the holidays. I used it with frozen bananas, pecans, and cocoa powder to make a vegan " ice cream " that was to my taste unsurpassed by anything else! But my story has a sad chapter. Genisoy unsweetened was everywhere for a while. GNC sold it, Publix grocery sold it, and then poof it was not to be found. I found the sweetened variety in Vitamin World, so I bought vanilla, but I don't eat sugar and I will give it away to my sister. My husband has found a lone container at an out of the way health food store...but we live too far away to depend on that...All I can say is if you find Genisoy unsweetened natural flavor vegan soy powder, grab it...Save yourself Love and Peace and a tear, Cuppa
