Guest guest Posted August 24, 2006 Report Share Posted August 24, 2006 Maple Mousse Millefeuilles POINTS® Value | 6 Servings | 8 1 pkg. regular vanilla pudding mix 2 cup low fat milk, (480 ml) 1 TB maple syrup, (15 ml) 24 graham cracker squares 1 cup apricot preserves, (240 ml) 1 TB powdered or confectioner's sugar, (15 ml) Prepare pudding according to package directions using low-fat milk and adding maple syrup. Arrange 8 graham cracker squares in the bottom of a shallow baking dish pan. Spoon pudding mixture over cracker layer. Top with 8 more graham cracker squares. Top second layer with apricot preserves and then last layer of graham crackers. Sift powdered sugar over top. Slice into 8 pieces and serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
