Guest guest Posted August 24, 2006 Report Share Posted August 24, 2006 Pumpkin Cheesecake 12 oz. cream cheese 1/2 C. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1 C.100% pure pumpkin 2 eggs 1 graham cracker crust Mix cream cheese, sugar & pumpkin pie spice on medium speed. Stir in pumpkin. Add eggs & mix until blended. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
