That is great that you are drinking so much water. I've read many places that

if you wait until you are thirsty to drink you are dehydrated... You need to

drink water, because 80 % of your body is water and every function in the body

needs it. I am so proud of you...

You are right, in times of high perspiration and heat, you need even more water.

If you take diruetic, caffeine or eat watermellon(also a diruetic) you need

twice the amount consumed in those products to replace what you lost from

them....

It is good that you drink lots and your body is now used to it and enjoys

it..... It will flush out lots of germs and bad stuff.

Keep up those good water drinking habits....

With rainy weather, keep lots of extra lights on, lively uplifting music, read a

good book that takes you on a journey to another time and place, and get out in

the shopping stores, that have lots of bright lights to lift your

spirits..........

I got up and double checked and sure enough, my water bottle is marked " 2

Litre " . I finished two of this bottle everyday at work from 7:30am to 4pm. I

always come home with almost two empty bottles at 4pm.

Then at home, I go through another half a bottle, same 2-Litre bottle. That

means I consumed 5 Litre a day. I don't feel ill.

Mind you, I don't normally consume this much during the winter months

though.

But now, I feel thirsty all the time. This wet weather is really getting to

me now.
