Seitan ~ Trish

Hello Trish. I think I have seen that mix you

mentioned. Let me know how it comes out

for you using it since I would really like to

know. I might be starting back to working

outside the home soon and will need some

more ideas for quick meals; things I can pack

for lunches, too. I would love to add seitan to

my growing list for variety. :)
