Oh this is easy for me!

Taco Salad!!!!

 

I buy the Boca crumbles or Morning Star farms crumbles (honestly it depends on

which one is on sale cause we're on a tight budget)

I mix it with taco seasoning and a small amount of water.

I just pop it into the microwave! (for about a minute.. stir and then another

minute)

Crush up tortilla chips, add 'meat', lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onion, sour

cream, taco sauce (I don't use taco sauce I add a little distilled vinegar to

mine..yummy!!)

 

And ENJOY!!

 

Serve on paper plates with plastic forks and there's virtually no clean up!
