Guest guest Posted August 20, 2006 Report Share Posted August 20, 2006 Pesto Pasta 1 l2 oz. box of Angel Hair Pasta noodles Cook as directed and drain. 1/2 c. Pine Nuts Toast in a dry frying Pan. Stir often so as not to burn. 1 can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies(optional) 3 Tbsp Olive Oil 1 cup Basil, fresh and chopped 2 Garlic cloves, minced 1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated. Mix all together except the Parmesan cheese and heat until hot. Remove from stove and stir in the Parmesan Cheese and serve. Adjust ingredients to fit your taste buds.
