Guest guest Posted August 18, 2006 Report Share Posted August 18, 2006 Pico de Gallo 1 lb. tomatoes, chopped 1/2 small yellow onion, chopped 6 TB packed fresh cilantro, chopped 3 TB fresh lime juice 1 tsp. fresh lime zest 2 large cloves garlic, minced 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced Toss all ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended.
