Guest guest
I just bake, slice and eat as a side dish or in sandwiches. You can put a mushroom gravy over it too. It really is delicious, we used 2 of them during the Thansgiving holidays, not one complaint from the non-vegetarians either. Guest guest
Thanks for the suggestions. I'm going to look for some vegetarian/mushroom gravy during my next trip to the store. I'm looking forward to making a sandwich out of it, too. My lunches that I brought to work used to consist of turkey sandwiches at least 3 days a week. I haven't had sandwiches of any kind lately and was just thinking of them last week. Now I know what to put on my next one besides peanut butter! -- Liz
