I recently bought a Quorn Roast. It's now in my

freezer, and I have no idea what to do with it. Any

suggestions that don't use a zillion ingredients?

Sometimes a recipe I find looks good but requires 4

different fresh herbs, tiny amounts of each. They're

expensive and I hate buying them when I know most will

end up in the garbage. One at a time is my limit! I

do have plenty of dried herbs/spices.
