Guest guest
This is such a delicious and simple dish that is made a little more jazzy by the addition of the poppy seeds, paprika, and tamari. I think this could be made easily on the stove top like the Snow Noodles recipe and then it wouldn't heat up the summer-early-autumn kitchens so much. Hungarian Noodles Preheat oven to 350. Cook in salted water until almost tender: 1/2 lb fettucine noodles Drain and combine with: 1 cup cottage cheese 1 cup sour cream 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions 2 large cloves garlic, minced 1 Tbs poppy seeds 1 Tbs tamari Bake in an 8-inch square baking dish at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle top with: 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 tsp paprika Bake for 5 minutes more until cheese melts.
