OK, so I have made my first pizza dough and I liked it but I was wondering what

you could put in the dough to make it tastier?

You could use most any herbs [fresh or dried] to

make your pizza crusts taste more flavorful.

Try different combinations that you think would

go well with the toppings or theme of the pizza

you are going to create.

For example, use a bit of cumin, cilantro and chili

powder for a Tex-Mex pizza you would top with

veggie ground, taco sauce, cheese, black olives,

refried beans, etc...

Or you could knead in some traditional Italian herbs

like oregano, basil, and garlic; those taste very good.

So many seasonings woud enhance the pizza dough

well. Enjoy experimenting with flavors and let us know

what you do and how you liked it. :)

When I make pizza dough, I use this recipe for spaghetti bread.

Dianna

Spaghetti Bread

-----FOR 1-1/2 LB. BREAD-----

1 pk Yeast

3 c Bread flour

1 tb Sugar

1 t Garlic salt

1/3 c Grated parmesan cheese

1 t Dried Italian seasoning

1 tb Olive oil

1 1/2 c Warm water

Add all ingredients, select white bread and push

start. Serve with spaghetti.

seasoning, oregano, garlic, vegan parmesan, caraway seeds, sesame

seeds, parsley, sage, thyme, rosemary...
