LOL. Fresh Garlic is a powerful deterent isn't it., but oh so good... I love

Bruschetta.... this sounds great.

I made a salad similiar to this tonight.

I chopped up fresh tomatoes, sliced onions(stirred in some vinegar), little

cooking oil, fresh cilantro, fresh basil leaves, chopped, and small cubes of

Mozzerala cheese. I added a little salt and Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning...

Yummmm.....

Balsamic Bruschetta recipe

This is a favorite of mine. I take it for lunch

often and everyone stays out of my office afterwards.

Nice garlic scent!

Balsamic Bruschetta

8 roma tomatoes, diced

1/3 cup chopped fresh basil

1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 loaf French or Italian bread, toasted and sliced

In a bowl, toss together the tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, and garlic. Mix

in the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Serve on toasted bread

slices.
