soymilk for cooking?-Kadee

My guess is that you can use soy milk (you might try a bit of the batter with

the milk and not use the whole pack...measure the pack first (break it into 1/2

or 1/3 and then adjust the other ingredients based on how much you used...I have

broken down packs before..a mixed egg can even be halved)...make part of the

pack with soy milk and part with reg milk then you can compare.
