Guest guest
I was just fixing to make these up for weekend munching so I thought I would repost the recipe for all the newbies. These are already in our files, but sometimes we forget those things when they are tucked away. Enjoy your Friday! Mexi-Deviled Eggs 8 hard cooked eggs 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup salsa 2 Tbs sliced green onion 1 Tbs sour cream salt and pepper Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and set aside white. In a small bowl, mash yolks with cheese, mayonnaise, salsa, onions, sour cream and salt. Stuff into egg white. Refrigerate until serving. Yield: 16 servings ~ PT ~ To find a fault is easy; to do better may be difficult. ~ Plutarch
