Chop the Gluten into small pieces. You can find the Fried Gluten with mushrooms and peanuts in an asian store. Enjoy, Judy Quick and Easy Vegetable Soup A low calorie, but filling, tomato-based vegetable soup. I use fresh vegetables when in season, frozen or canned in winter. Makes 6 servings. ------------------------- 2 c. water 2 Tbsp. Bill's Best Chicken Like Seasoning or use the recipe I sent in. 1 (11.5 ounce) can V8-Juice 1 cup water 1 large potato, diced 2 carrots, sliced 2 stalks celery, diced 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes 1 cup chopped fresh green beans or 1 16 oz. can green beans 1/4 cup. chopped onions 1 cup fresh corn kernels or frozen 1 can fried gluten with mushrooms and peanuts salt and pepper to taste Creole seasoning to taste - Recipe below Directions 1 In a large stock pot, combine broth, tomato juice, water, potatoes, carrots, celery, undrained chopped tomatoes, green beans, and corn. Season with salt, pepper and Creole seasoning. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes or until all vegetables are tender. Creole Seasoning Blend " This Creole seasoning blend is great for seasoning rice, meats, soups and stews, or anything that needs a flavor boost. Also makes a great gift when placed in a decorative jar with recipe attached.
