Ranch Cole Slaw 3 celery stalks, chopped 1/4 cup jarred red bell peppers, chopped (I fire roast my own) 1/2 med. head of green cabbage, thinly sliced (6 cups) 3/4 cup of your favorite ranch dressing 1 tbl. sugar *(I use the Native Ranch vegan version from the files) I like to add a grated carrot and a few chopped green onions Mix Ranch dressing with sugar and toss with the slaw.
