Guest guest
I am so stoked! I just got my used copy of Vegetarian Epicure cookbook in the mail today. Yay. I can't wait to try some of the recipes. What new veg cookbooks have you all gotten recently? What cookbooks are on your wishlist right now? ~ PT ~ *the cookbook fanatic* We should see dreaming as one of our responsibilities, rather than an alternative to one. ~ Mary Engelbreit
Guest guest
I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of Vegan Feasts by Rose Elliot and Easy Vegan Cooking by Leah Leneman (?) checked out in Borders on Monday and then ordered on Amazon. I have such a large selection of vegetarian cookery books, many of which get overlooked, so I have been thinking of picking one book a week and cooking at least 5 recipes from it - at that rate it would take me about 2 years before I got back to the first book again but at least they would all get opened. It must be at least 2 decades since I cooked from Vegetarian Epicure, yet it's still in my collection. Hope you enjoy it, PT - do let us know what recipes you particularly enjoy.
