Guest guest
Hey cuppa! Last night I got a call from Red Cross to donate blood for upcoming Labor Day holiday, so I decided to get up early and exercise at the Y before going to the donation center. Also had to grocery shop, but thought I'd do that after donating. Well, got away in a hurry without breakfast in order to meet spinning class deadline. GREAT workout! but figured I'd better grocery shop first and buy something to eat so I wouldn't embarrass myself by fainting or something at the blood donation center. Serendipity! Our local chain, HEB, was having " organic " day and had a lot of the little sample stations scattered throughout the store. Normally I pass these by, but I was hungry! And everything was organic!...AND veggie! I had multigrain and nut crackers with mild cheddar in the wine and beer section. Some really great berries and fruits in produce, organic cereal, and in the frozen foods some wonderful smoked mozzerella pizza. I was just amazed at how much our store is offering now!... Guest guest
That's so cool Paula. Now I have to ask what does HEB stand for? I have never heard of those stores before. ~ PT ~ Curses, like chickens, come hame ta roost. ~ Scots proverb ~~~*~~~*~~~> , " Paula " <paulakward wrote: > Serendipity!
