The conversation can be about anything that does not mention non

vegetarians or non vegetarian foods! For example: Like Today, I went

shopping with my sister who is a veggie too! We really connect! We both

bought a " magic bullet " food processor on sale at Kohls woo}{oo!

--Just write simple tidbits in the day of a life of a veggie!!

I don't think I made the first post clear, but some of you really wrote

lovely things...thanks

Oh is that the one that is often seen on the infomercials? Is it a good

machine?

with tofu, carrots, and garlic, sea salt, pepper ! Really amazing

texture...I will go easier on the garlic, but it really is

delicious...delicious...<WBR>So far I like it

Today I went to my local supermarket and discovered that they have

started labelling foods as being suitable for vegans. This must mean

that there are now sufficient vegans in Britain for it to be worth

their while revamping their labelling. It also makes life much easier

as I won't need to take a magnifying glass with me when I go shopping

to enable me to read the ingredients on the labels. The supermarket

also now sells vegan " cheese " , " cream " , oat and rice milk as well as

soya milk. The thing that really pleased me was that the ready roll

shortcrust pastry is suitable for vegans - I never learned to

successfully make pastry and so this was a truly welcome discovery.
