August 2006 Roll Call-cuppa

Hey cuppa,

I am from hot hot West Virginia...it has been in the 80 and 90s and very

humid every day for over a week. I finally got a small one room a/c for me

bedroom and the dogs enjoy being cool...think about wearing a heavy fur coat

around in the heat ;-).

I like coffee, usually black, too, but once in awhile I get an iced latte;

I drink green tea almost daily (supposedly a detoxer, but not sure if it really

does any good). I,also ,enjoy poetry, but don't have a real fav modern

poet..when I am outside, I always think of Robert Frost's poem, " Good Fences

Make Good Neighbors " , because my neighbor has a fence around his yard...lol.

Also, I am a want to be vegetarian, but my hubby is a chicken and beef eater, so

I have to cook that for him and once in awhile I sneak a small taste of the

grilled chicken, but never the beef.

Nice newbie poem...smiles

PPL are so cool here, they tell you what they ate

We make frisky now and then, but hey we are alive

the more we give of luv and laughs it seems the more we thrive

so welcome to this place of ours to join our band of fun

this poetry is not so good but least it's finally done!

PS: Coffee likes me! I would rather drink green tea but it doesn't. I

like my coffee plain no sugar, no milk.
