Paula steamed potatoes

I like to quarter red potatoes and steam them, peeled ot unpeeled.

I always make potatoe salad with steamed red or yukon gold potatoes.

You will love them.

YUMMMM, i just bought some red potatoes

 

I quarter mine and steam, adding fresh parsley and butter after cooking.

 

I also halve them, put some spice on the whites and grill them for a few

minutes

 

or I will quarter, boil until barely soft and mash

 

or I will steam or boil and make into tater salad, with skins of course.

 

and I have been known to microwave the tiny ones whole and just pop the

whole thing in my mouth.

 

if i'm being really adventurous I might season, cut like fries and fry or

bake.
