I'm new to the whole vegetarian thing and I am SLOWLY trying to get my hubby to switch as well. We live on Guam were it is EXTREMLY hard to find vegetarian foods since the Guam culture is MEAT!!! I have a 10 month old son who does eat meat but he also loves to pick off my plate. I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you and try some new recipes.
