Kathy--thanks for the cooking tip on tempeh. It sounds like something

I would like very much. I imagine it to have somewhat of a fermented

taste and a chewy texture. Right down my alley! LOL

A bit chewy... less than I recall meat being. Not fermented in taste though,

more savory I'd say. Very yummy. Kathy
