Guest guest
Hello All, On and off lately, I have had the joy of looking after my 16 month old grandson. He'll eat just about anything put he hates meat (GOOD BOY!) My step-daughter, his Mommy, gets mad at me saying that I am encouraging him not to eat meat and that she can't afford the money or the time (granted, she has little spare time) to worry about finding vegetarian protein sources for him when they all eat meat. You know....it's not that I won't feed him meat. It's just that he wants what grandma is eating because it looks good and tastes good :0) . Anyways, there are a lot of chicken-like strip recipes out there and I would like to find one that is closest to the real thing so " Mommy " likes it to. I also want it to freeze well and reheat easily. The pre- package ones just have so much crap in them that I don't like to feed him those. What have you all found to be " the best " recipe for them or something like this. I do not want to deep fry them. Thanks! Stef
