Guest guest Posted July 28, 2006 Report Share Posted July 28, 2006 Chipotle Buttermilk Ranch Salad ~~~Dressing~~~ Combine and whisk in a small bowl: 1/2 cup buttermilk 5 TB mayonnaise 2 TB chopped fresh parsley 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 1/2 tsp. Tabasco Chiptle Pepper Sauce 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. coarse ground black pepper Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until ready to use. ~~~Salad~~~ Combine in a large bowl: 4 cups (1 head) green leaf lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces 4 cups (1 head) red leaf lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces 1 small seedless cucumber, cut in 1/2 " pieces 1 cup grape tomatoes 1 ripe avocado, cut in 1/2 " pieces Add the dressing, and gently toss to combine.
