Guest guest
I just bought a new kitchen gadget, something I don't need especially since I have no storage or counter space. But, I had to have it. It's called Muffin Magic and I got it from Amazon for $20. It's about the size of a small George Foreman grill, but thicker/higher. It has 3 wells in it for making muffins. I went to the files on the home page and checked out the muffin recipes, hoping to find one using ingredients I actually had. I found the fat free pumpkin spice muffin recipe, which was in there at least twice (same recipe). I actually had all ingredients on hand and mixed up a batch. After the first 3 were done baking (in half the time listed for baking in an oven) I let them cool a bit before devouring one. It was really, really good! For the second batch I used paper cupcake liners and will taste one tomorrow to see if there's any difference. Third batch should be done in a matter of seconds, and then there's one lone muffin left to bake. So thank you to whoever posted the recipe originally. They're yummy! -- Liz eating muffins after midnight
