Guest guest Posted July 27, 2006 Report Share Posted July 27, 2006 Brownie Bottom Pudding Pie 4 oz Unsweetened Chocolate 1/2 c Butter or Margerine 3/4 c Sugar 2 Eggs 1 tsp Vanilla 1/2 c Flour 1/2 c Nuts, chopped 2 1/2 c Cold Milk 2 sm pkgs Instant Chocolate Pudding 8 oz Whipped Topping Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom and sides of a pie plate. Microwave chocolate and butter in large bowl 2 minutes. Stir until chocolate is melted. Stir in eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Mix in flour and nuts. Press into pan and bake 25-30 minutes. Cool. Mix milk and pudding mixes in large bowl with a wire whisk for 1 minute. Let stand for 2 minutes. Spread pudding over brownie crust.
