LOL Kids say the most humorous things don't they. It is great that you are

introducing them to such varieties of veggies. It is so sad, how many kids have

never eaten peas, broccoli, cabbage, Swiss chard, spinach, avocados, artichokes

etc.... All those good, loaded with vitamins and anti-oxidant(cancer-fighting)

foods isn't it. I've heard kids say, oh my dad doesn't like those things, so

mom never buys things, and she doesn't want to make two different meals.. I

think,,, how sad that everyone's diet is compromised by one person's finicky

taste buds. My husband is somewhat of a finicky eater, but not nearly like he

was when we were first married. He eats a much larger variety of good healthy

foods now that we are married. I cook foods I like, whether he will eat it or

not, because it is good for ME and I am important too. Of course I make some

things he will like to, but more and more his diet is getting more varied. And

it is good for our kids to, because they are not being raised with limited

varieties of foods. They love the huge varieties that I serve.

Thank you. I'm going to plant some next year. My

children have told me that I'm eating so many

different vegetables that I'm going to turn into one

and then the deer will eat me. I replied that the

people speeding through the area would get me first.

LOL!
