Guest guest
This may be more information about me than you care to know. So feel free to skip it if you wish. My one main vegetarian shopping guideline I use: Stems from my spiritual/religious side for being a vegetarian(I have a spiritual/totemic/animistic/shamanic/therianthropic call-it-what-you-will connection with horses. I suppose I could see myself as a cow, but I really don't need the milk that badly ;?p. I feel like I'm poisoning my inner equine whenever I eat meat, and I suspect it was her that made that meat that one day not settle well with me.), and it's a simple acronym: W.H.Ea.T. or W:ould H:orses Ea:t T:his? Utterly silly, I know but it works as long as you know that horses like to eat more than just grass, grass grass all the time. THey also enjoy grains, greens, Vegetables, Fruits, Mollasses(Blackstrap's the only kind I'll buy), and nuts. Unfortunately (like me.) they're also notorious for having a sweet tooth, and sometimes I take a few side routes to excuse myself for buying things I shouldnt IE: Beer, beer's made from grains, horses eat grains! Coffee? Chocolate? Those come from plants, and horses eat plants! (In fact it was I believe the observation of a horse that led humans to try coffee.), Doesn't explain though why I buy yogurt, Though it does explain why I was keen to try the wheat grass. ;?) Anyone else have any quirky shopping guidelines they use? ~Pumott PS: hope this wasn't a TMI on my part. _______________ Is your PC infected?
