Jiffy mix blehs; was: Broccoli Muffins

It is easy to miss and who would think, you know?

It certainly doesn't need lard in it to be made

cheaply, so it is just gross in my opinion.

There are several boxes, the same size and price

that use vegetable shortening instead of lard

so it is good you can get an even exchange for

the Jiffy-junk [that's what I call it *lol*].
