Bummer. I only have the Vegetarian Epicure book two.

Sorry. I'd be glad to help out if I had it. Hope someone

else has a copy.

That VE2 was one of the first cookbooks I ever owned,

and I didn't really know much at all about cooking.

I remember it seemed pretty exotic to me then. *lol*
