Yellow Squash - chopped 1 Onion - diced 2 Tomatoes, diced 1 bell pepper or 2 sweet banana pepper, diced 1 T. Cooking Oil of choice 1/2 t. Salt 1/2 t. Tarragon Heat the Oil in a frying pan and add all of the ingredients. Toss together well and cook over med. high heat, covered until tender crisp. Stir often.
