Guest guest
Here is an out-of-ordinary healthful cookie....I have a friend who made them using honey instead of brown sugar and I thought they were even better than with the brown sugar. These are flat cookies because you spread them out...they don't raise and they're not a drop cookie. Arthelene 's cookies 1/4 c. olive oil 1 c brown sugar 2 egg whites 2 c oatmeal 1/2 c whole wheat flour 12 tsp salt 1/2 c sunflower seeds 1/2 c pumpkin seeds, chopped 1/2 c pecans, chopped 1/2 c choc chips beat oil sugar and egg whites together, . stir flour, oatmeal and salt together, add to above mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread out on a cookie sheet and bake 10 mins at
