Guest guest
Europeans do their greens this way. I just love them. The sandwich sounds very good. Think I would use the pan in which the veggies were cooked to warm the flat bread on at least one side which would impart the flavor of the olive oil to the bread. Ummm...it's only 8am and I'm hungry for lunch! Diana Yes, now I'm hungry too and I just finished breakfast. Diana what is your favorite of the greens? I like dandelion greens the best, then chard. Guest guest
It's a toss up. I love kale, especially after frost hits it or when picked when snow is on the ground. I also love chard, especially red (but think that is just a color thing. Then, there is collards which I have learned to like recently. I tend to eat my food rather plain. The greens are with olive oil, onions and garlic. For lunch I had kale from my garden which is very limited this year, corn on the cob which I can eat anytime, hot or cold (the corn not the weather), and cherries.
