toaster oven baking; was: 4 Vegetarian Groups

I like my toaster oven, but it isn't very reliable

for baking projects. I use it only for heating

things that have already been cooked through

once, like frozen snacks and the like. It is great

for open-faced sandwiches and melts.

 

I don't have a convection oven, but I am also

interested in hearing more about them.

Anyone?
