Guest guest Posted July 20, 2006 Report Share Posted July 20, 2006 Tomato Salad 2 medium or large ripe tomatoes, diced 3 TB extra virgin olive oil Sea salt, to taste Lemon zest 3 TB red wine or white vinegar* 1/2 cup jumbo Greek pitted green olives, quartered or sliced Feta Cheese, crumbled Fresh thyme leaves, chopped Fresh basil, julienned Ground black pepper, to taste Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
