Guest guest Posted July 15, 2006 Report Share Posted July 15, 2006 Apple Breakfast Pancake ¼ cup butter or margarine 3 medium apples, pared, cored and sliced (about 4 cups, sliced) 3 eggs ½ cup milk ½ cup all purpose flour ½ cup sugar, divided ¼ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Melt butter or margarine in heavy, ovenproof skillet. Add apples and cook over medium heat till soft. Preheat oven to 500 F. Combine eggs, milk, flour, ¼ cup sugar, and salt. Pour over apples in skillet. Continue to cook over medium heat for 6 or 7 minutes, or until bottom is golden brown. Mix remaining ¼ cup sugar and cinnamon together, sprinkle over apples. Bake at 500 till top is golden brown.
