Non-soy vegan protien question - Collards and Stout

I love tahini. Now I have to try using it like this;

sounds so good!

Sam Adams Cream Stout is amazingly delicious.

It really does remind me of Guinness. :)

Again I'm lucky here in Ashland, Oregon, since the best tahini is

made here by Maranatha. I prefer the raw tahini, which is hard to

find in other brands, tahini made from toasted sesame seeds being

more common, and the couple of other brands of raw tahini I've found

just don't set up in making the sesame cheese - they seem to have

water added....

 

And, yes, Sam Adams Cream Stout is one of my favorites. I volunteer

to bring some to the picnic.....
